Isadora is a girl’s name of Greek and Latin origin, meaning “gift of Isis.”

Isis was also the principal goddess of ancient Egypt.

Isis is an ancient goddess of the moon from ancient Egypt, and it is linked to fertility, magic, and healing.

She is exalted in her role as mother and wife and is also known as the essence of femininity and is.

Isis also means “woman of the throne,”

How long does it take to make custom ring?

Typically between 7-14 days, depending upon the design.

Your custom order can be fast-tracked if the order is urgent.

Yes – don’t hesitate to contact us or book an appointment through the website, and we will be in touch to schedule and confirm your appointment.

What happens after I make and submit my order request?

When the ring is finished, we’ll send you images and videos before collection/shipping.

Are sales taxes and duties included in the price?

Sales taxes and duties are added at the checkout stage – the taxes and duties vary depending on your shipping destination or shipping point – if the sales tax is not added at checkout, you’ll need to pay DHL before delivering the goods.

Do I need to pay the full amount to secure my custom Design order?

No – we require at least a 50% deposit for you to start your approved custom order. We can agree on the payment method for the balance amount when the order is ready for delivery.

COLLECTION & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Do you track the shipments?

Yes, all shipments are tracked with our shipping partner DHL express services. We will partner with other shipping couriers for orders exceeding AED 50,000.

Is shipping included in the pricing?

Local shipping and delivery are FREE of charge.

International shipments with Value above AED 3000 will be shipped for free.

Where does Isadora Jewellery ship to?

Isadora Jewellery ship internationally using DHL Express (Fully Tracked and Insured)

A few exceptions exist due to DHL not shipping for security reasons.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Can I cancel an order?

If you qualify for a cancellation or refund, email us at [email protected] – once the order is canceled, your refund will be issued within 5-10 working days.

Do your products come with a lifetime warranty?

At Isadora Jewellery, we are confident that our pieces will be free from manufacturing defects.

If you believe your item has defects, return it to us for further inspection. If we determine your piece is damaged due to a defect caused during manufacturing, we will repair the product or, if we deem it appropriate, replace the product.

If the product is no longer available, Isadora Jewellery may replace it with like-for-like or offer a refund amount equal to the selling price of the original piece or component.

If a manufacturing defect does not cause the damage, we will notify you of the available repair services.

Please note that slight irregularities, including natural characteristics, craftsmanship variations, or internal inclusions, visible or not, on the colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are part of the item’s character and should not be considered a defect.

Maintenance, repair, sizing, or service performed by someone other than Isadora Jewellery will void your Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Some issues that we  would not consider manufacturing defects include:

  1. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, swimming pools,  make-up, bathing, or hot-tub.
  2. Prongs and precious metals generally wear over time and may require restoration work after normal wear.
  3. Worn-out, bent, or caught prong(s) allowing a stone to fall out due to normal wear or other damage.
  4. Stone has fallen out due to breaking or chipping caused by normal wear or other damage.
  5. Scratches, dents, and knicks are inevitable and are not considered a defect
  6. Rings damaged or misshapen due to “hands-on” activities, such as weightlifting, rock climbing, gardening, DIY, etc. This includes cases where damage results in the loss of stones.

How does the 30 day refund work?

We offer customers peace of mind by allowing them to return their product within 30 days of their order being delivered.

If a customer wants to return an item, Isadora Jewellery will issue you a refund unless your consultant notified you otherwise before purchasing.

To qualify for returns, Isadora Jewellery must receive the returned item no later than 30 days after the collection/shipping date. The item must be unworn and in perfect original condition without damage. The item must also have all accompanying documents (GIA certificate). Unfortunately, any items that do not have any of the above will not be accepted as a return.

Isadora Jewellery offers all clients free shipping with orders, and we require our customers to cover the shipping cost when returning an item to us. We are not liable for duties and taxes from outside countries.

How long does the refund take to process?

DIAMOND INFORMATION – ETHICS (CONFLICT FREE?)

How can I be confident the diamond I’m buying looks amazing?

To ensure zero risk for all our customers, every single diamond we select or your order goes through a thorough inspection process before we confirm the diamond. Suppose it doesn’t match our sparkle and clarity requirements; that ensure the diamond looks amazing. In that case, we reject the diamond and offer a 100% refund or find you something else that is either equal to or better than the initial option.

What is the Isadora Jewellery personal guarantee? Where do Isadora Jewellery diamonds come from and are they conflict free?

Isadora Jewellery diamonds are 100% conflict free and in compliance with the United Arab Emirates process – Our diamonds are purchased through De Beers and Al Rosa sightholders, so they come from the following Countries – Russia, South Africa, Botswana, and Angola—De Beers and Alrosa supply many established brands such as Cartier and Harry Winston.

Why does Isadora Jewellery only sell GIA certified diamonds?

GIA is the world’s leading diamond grading laboratory. It has the strictest and most consistent diamond grading standards – other laboratories over-grade diamonds, so the certificates do not necessarily accurately represent the true properties of the diamond. For this reason, Isadora Jewellery only sells natural GIA-certified diamonds.

JEWELLERY INFORMATION – MAINTENANCE – RESIZING

Can I personalize my ring with an engraving?

Yes, no problem at all – please discuss this with your sales consultant or email us on [email protected]

Do I need to maintain my jewellery?

Yes! – Anything used regularly is subject to natural wear and tear, so it needs to be looked after properly. For the warranty to apply, you must professionally maintain your jewelry once a year. White gold rings and jewelry needs to be recoated with rhodium once every 12-36 months, depending upon wear and tear.

How should I clean my jewellery?

Cleaning your jewelry at home is easy and should be done once a week to keep your diamond sparkling! It can be done in 7 simple steps.

  1. Place your jewelry in a small bowl (ideally plastic)
  2. Add liquid soft hand soap directly to the piece – do NOT use bleaches, vinegar, clothes/dishwasher detergents
  3. Add hot water (hot to the touch but not boiling) to the bowl
  4. Leave to soak for 5 minutes
  5. Gently brush with an old toothbrush
  6. Rinse in warm water
  7. Dry with a hair dryer

When your ring is scratched (metal scratches easily, this will happen), only a professional polish will remove the scratches.

If you ship a ring and it’s the wrong size, can you resize? What metals do you use?

We offer 18k White, Yellow & Rose Gold, and Platinum for all our jewelry.
