In this policy, we set out details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website or Social Media messaging (WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger) or email.

This policy is a legally binding document, and this policy shall form part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.

Shipping Time and Cost 

Most of our products will be custom made orders except for the items that are in stock and ready to ship. Therefore, please allow 3-4 weeks to manufacture your order whether it is a solitaire ring, bridal Jewellery or any other type of Jewellery 

  • Your Jewellery order will be made and shipped from Dubai, UAE to your country by expert courier. 
  • All International shipments are insured and free of charge for orders above AED 10,000. However custom taxes and duties at destination country might apply, depending on your delivery address.
  • If the item/s is available in stock, the estimated delivery time locally (In UAE) is 2-3 Days and 3 to 5 days to international deliveries
  • Please note that delivery times may vary, depending on the availability of the purchased item/s. You will be informed about the expected delivery date once you place your order. 
  • Please contact the authorities in your country if you are unsure about the customs taxes and duty regulations

Delivery Tracking 

Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive a delivery tracking number within 48 hours. To track your delivery, enter your delivery tracking number (which is provided in your order shipment confirmation email) into our delivery service provider’s website.

  • Our courier cannot deliver to PO, APO, or FPO box addresses. The recipient may request for the shipment to be held for pick up from the nearest local courier station.
  • All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.
  • ISADORA will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the “UAE Law”.
  • If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least one more attempt to deliver the products in your order.
  • We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
  • We may conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product, and these checks may delay your delivery. If the delivery is likely to be delayed as a result of fraud screening checks, we will notify you.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, we encourage you to be aware of these potential additional costs.

  • If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Isadora Jewellery at the customer expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
  • If your products remain undelivered despite our delivery service provider making one more attempt to deliver them, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.

Delivery problems

  • If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website or otherwise notify to you.
  • If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, 
  • we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

  1. you provided the wrong address for delivery
  2. there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided
  3. the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
  4. the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
  5. there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
